Are there any Gail Pittman outlet stores?

We currently have four outlet store locations. One outlet is located within our manufacturing facility. This facility is located at 290 South Perkins in Ridgeland, Mississippi. They are open 9am-4pm, Monday-Saturday. Please feel free to call them at 601-856-7120 for further directions.

A second outlet store is located at 13118 U.S. Highway 61 North, Suite 218, at the Casino Factory Outlet Mall in Robinsonville, Mississippi. They are open Monday-Thursday, 10am-7pm, Friday and Saturday, 10am-9pm, and Sunday 12pm-6pm. You may call them for further directions at 662-363-3112.

Our third outlet store is in Destin, Florida, at the Silver Sands Factory Stores. Call 850-837-3632 for directions and store hours.

How do I order a backsplash?

Gail can design a backsplash or counter top for you by using one of her own patterns or by custom designing a pattern for you. The cost of this depends on size, pattern and/or special needs. Please call Customer Service at 601-856-5646, ext. 11 or 16, for further information or click here.

How long does is take for an order to be delivered?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when an order is placed. All Gail Pittman items are handmade and hand painted and orders are processed in the order they are received.

Is Gail Pittman dinnerware microwave, dishwasher and oven safe?

All Gail Pittman dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe. All commonly used cooking pieces are oven safe when put in a cool oven and brought to desired temperature. Do not preheat oven or use dinnerware in direct contact with flame or heating element.
